Sub-processors

JAROHINA TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED (“Vocallie”, “we”) uses the third-party service providers listed below to deliver the Service. Each acts as a sub-processor of the personal data you and your callers share with us. We review each provider’s security and contractual commitments before onboarding them.

This list is provided for transparency and forms part of our Data Processing Agreement. We will update it here when we add or replace a sub-processor. If you would like advance notice of changes, write to [email protected].

Data locality

Your account data and call metadata are stored on our primary infrastructure with Hostinger. Call recordings and knowledge-base uploads are stored in Cloudflare R2. Real-time audio may be processed briefly by LiveKit and Google (Gemini) to power the AI conversation, but is not retained by them beyond what those providers describe in their own policies.

International transfers

Because these providers operate globally, personal data may be transferred outside your country. Where the transfer falls under GDPR/UK-GDPR, we rely on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent safeguards through our providers’ contracts.
