• Account data — business name, email, and password when you sign up.
• Billing data — processed by our payments provider, Paddle. We do not store your full card details.
• Service data — call recordings, transcripts, contacts, and CRM records you create or that your agents generate.
• Usage & device data — logs, IP address, and analytics needed to operate and secure the Service.

2. How we use your data

• to provide, maintain, and improve the Service;
• to process payments, prevent fraud, and enforce our terms;
• to power AI features such as call handling, summaries, and follow-ups;
• to communicate with you about your account, security, and updates; and
• to comply with legal obligations.

3. Call recording & consent

The Service can record and transcribe calls. You are responsible for providing any notice and obtaining any consent required by law from the people your agents call. You control retention of recordings within your account.

4. How we share data

We share data only with service providers that help us run the Service — including telephony carriers, cloud hosting, and AI processing providers — and with our payments provider Paddle, who acts as Merchant of Record. We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose data where required by law or to protect our rights and users.

5. Data retention

We retain personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion as described below.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures — including encryption of stored secrets and access controls — to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, and you use the Service at your own risk.

7. Your rights
