This Cookie Policy explains how JAROHINA TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED (“Vocallie”, “we”) uses cookies and similar technologies on our marketing website (vocallie.com), our documentation site (docs.vocallie.com), and our customer dashboard (app.vocallie.com). It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser. We also use similar technologies such as localStorage, session storage, and pixel tags. In this policy, “cookies” refers to all of these.

2. Cookies we set

We keep our own cookie use minimal. The dashboard stores your login session in your browser’s localStorage (not a cookie) so you don’t have to sign in on every page load. Clearing site data signs you out.

3. Third-party cookies

• Paddle — when you begin checkout, Paddle (our payments provider) sets cookies to run the checkout overlay, prevent fraud, and process your payment. These are governed by Paddle’s own policies.
• Cloudflare — we serve our sites through Cloudflare, which may set security cookies (e.g. __cf_bm) to distinguish humans from bots and mitigate abuse. These are strictly necessary for the site to work securely.
• LiveKit — when you make a browser-based test call from the dashboard or use our embeddable widget, LiveKit may set short-lived storage to hold the WebRTC session.

We do not currently use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not sell your personal data.

4. Cookie categories

• Strictly necessary — sign-in session, checkout, security. These cannot be turned off without breaking the Service.
• Functional — remembering preferences you set (e.g. the last-viewed tab).
• Analytics / marketing — none at this time. If we add them in the future we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent.

5. Your choices

Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies from their settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will break sign-in and checkout. Where required by your local law (e.g. UK/EU/EEA), we will surface a consent banner before setting non-essential cookies.
